Step-by-Step Sabji Masala Recipe

Preparing the Vegetables

  • Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan and sauté paneer cubes until golden. Keep aside.
  • In the same pan, roast almonds until golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Add potato and carrot, sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Add cauliflower, beans, and peas, sauté for another 3 minutes.
